CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of March 1, 2004, was convened at 5:45 p.m. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Angle, Berry, Gordon, Groner, Klindt, Olsen, Vogel, and Weber
Absent: Ferguson and Viessman
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Bills Introduced:
2003 -178: City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus distributed to this bill. The sponsors stated
they would introduce this bill instead of the version distributed in the Council packets.
Mayor John Landwehr stated Community Development Director Pat Sullivan will give the
Council a report on the Food Code and the restaurant inspection fees, and the Council will
be given the opportunity to ask questions at that time.
Informal Calendar:
2003 -166: Councilman Richard Groner stated he will be withdrawing this bill.
2003 -167: Councilman Richard Groner stated he will remove this from the Informal
Calendar to be voted on.
2003 -169: Councilman Clyde Angle stated this will remain on the Informal Calendar.
The meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
