PZETION OF TfiE CONTR�ICT.
WHEREAS, a contraot has been entered into between Ira E.
Cogswell as Superintendent of Streets of the City o3 I,ynwood, and
Vido Kovaoevich as contractor for the improvement in the above en-
titled matter on January 7th, 1928, and
� WHEREAS, evidence has been received by this Board of Trustees
(now known as the City Council) of the �ity of Lynwood, that the
�time specified in said contract for the completion of the work men-
tioned therein, was not sufficient for the doing of the said work
in a good ancY workmanlike manner,
NO';V THEREFORE, BE IT RkSOLVED, that the.time specified in the
oortract (herein referred to),for doing the things tnerein proposed
to be done, be, and it is, hereby extended for a period �of sixty
(60) days. It is expressly understood that the above mentioned ex-
tension of time is granted undsr the provisions of an act oY the
I,egislature of the State of �alifornia, known and designated as the
'� " "Improvement"`Aet of 1911"; and amendmer.ts thereto- �
