completion of the work and improvement contracted to be.done
in the above entitled proceoding, together with an itemized
statement o£ the expensea thereof and the total sum for which, .

of the "Acquisition and Improvement Act,of 1925", :°ras amended,
was filed with the Clerk of this Board of T,rustees, now knoven

Trustees, noar known as the City Council of the City of Lynwood
° hereby fixea the 24th day o£ April, 1928, at the hour.of 8 0'
clock,P. M„ as the time, and the chambers o3�the Board:of
�rastees, now known as the City Council of the City•of I,ynwood
(at 3239 �Piulford Avenue in the.�ity of Zynwood), as the place �
, where, a hearing shall be had for the purpose of determining
whether or not the work and improvement in the above entitled

contract, and for determining the aggregate amount for which �,
bonds shall be issued to the contractor or assignee therefor,- ' �
and of furnishing an opportunity to all persona inter�ed.in
any of the work or improvement done, or i:n any matter affecting
said improvement and the assessment district there3or, and
feeling aggrieved by s,ny aet or determ4nation done. or made in
the said proceeding, or claiming that any of the previous acts
" or proceedings are irregular,'defeqtive, erroneous or faulty;,
. or claiming that the work or improvement has not been performed
- according to the contract in a good and substantial ma_nner, or
-_ claiming,that any portion of the e�oxk or improvement for any:, ,
reason was omitted or illegally included in tha contract for
. the same, or having any objections to offer or sny reason to
advanee why bonds should not be issued in the amount set forth "
in the decl.�:xation and statement on file, to appear before this
" legialative body and by 'it be heard upon any of the-above men> �_ ,
tioned matters; and .
BE IT FURTHER RESOZVED, that the Clerk of this said Board
or Couneil shall publish a notice of said hearing two in-,

sertions, and by postirig a c'op�` thereof fo`r at least tevo days
on or near the chamber door of this Board or Council, the date
of the first publication and that of.such posting to be not
less than ten days before the date fixed for said hearing.
