OF COIviPLETION AND ST�ITEN�NT OF AIdOUNTS
1VI3�RFAS: in the matter of Acquisition and Improvement
District No. 4 of the City of Lynwood, a declaration of
�completion of the work and improvement contracted to be done
in the abnve entitled proceeding, together with an itemized
statement of the egpenses thereof and the total sum £or which
bonds are claimed by the contractor, which total sum is
�15,412,14, all in the manner and form set forth in Section 22
of the "Acquisition and Improvement Aet of 1925", as amended�
was filed with the Clerk of this Board of Trustees, nom known
as the City Couneil, on the lOth day of April, 1928; and
i9HEREAS: evidence has been shown this Board oi�Council
that the above mentioned declaration and statement was in
error, in that it illegaily omitted a portion o£ the contrast
whieh was done in a good and substantiel manner bg the con- .
traetor; and .
`�JHER�AS: a corrected Declaration of Completion andr�State-
.� - .-ment of Amounts has been £iled with the.clerk of this Board -
of Trustees;
NO':9 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVr^,D, by this Board of Trustees,
now knouvn as the City Cou.ncil, that the corrected Declaration
• o£ Completion and Statement of Amounte in the matter of
Acquisition and Improvement District No, 4 of the City of
Zynwood, filed with the Clerk of this Board, by Ira E. Cogswell,
Superintendent of Ydork in said matter, and J. Paul Benson, on
the 24th day of �]pril, 1928, be, and the same is hereby
acc.epted as the correct declaration of completion and statement
of amounts in said matter.

adopted by the Board of Trustees now known as the City Council,
at a Regular meeting held on the 24th day of 9pri1, 1928, bq
