duly and regularly had for the purpose of determining whether.

NOV1, THPRFFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that thie Board of Truste`es
now known as the City Council of the City of Lyn�rood herebg
, fi,nds, and determines and orders as follows, to-wit:
_ T, That the 'day, hour and place o£•the hearing upon the
aceeptance of the work and iasuance of bonds has been duly
and regularly published and posted in the manner required.by la�v.
2, That all of the acts, determinations and proceedings
heretofore had and taken in the matter of Acquisition and
Improvement District No, 4 0£ the City of Zynwood are regular
and in all respects sufficient, and that all protests and ob-
jections regardirig the sair.e and to the issuanca.of borids in
the amount hereinaPter set £orth are hereby overruled and denied.
. 3. That the work and improvement to be done in the matter of
the above named district has been completed and perforu:ed
according to the contract, in a good and substantial manner, and
that said work and improvement is hereby accepted.
4. '�hat the amount oY the contract price for the doing of
said work and improvement is as follows:

District, designated "Series B" amounting in the aggregate to the
said prineipal su.m last mentioned, dated the day this resolution
is adopted, all in the manner and form provided in said Aet and
in further accordance with the provisions for such bonds contained .
in the Hesolution of Intention adopted in the matter of said
Acquisition and Improvement Distriat by this Board of Trustees
now known as the City Council of the City of Lynwood on the 14th
day of December, 1926,
7, That upon the egpiration oY twenty days from the making
03 this �inal order the Clerk oY this Board or Cbuncil shall
transmit to said City Treasurer an atteated copy o£ this re-
solution and order, together with an attested copy of the said
Resolution of Intention,
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was adopted
by the Board of Truatees now known as the City Council of the
City of Lynwood, at a regular meeting held on Tuesday, the 24th
dsy of 9pri1, 1928, by the £ollowing vote o£ the members thereof.
