CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of March 15, 2004, was convened at 5:45 p.m.
by Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Angle, Berry, Ferguson, Gordon, Groner, Klindt, Olsen, Viessman,
Vogel, and Weber
Absent: None
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Bills Introduced:
2003 -186: Councilman Edith Vogel stated she and Councilman Angle have met and
discussed her bill and his bill (2003 -187) and she will withdraw hers, and offer an
amendment to his to change Hess Way to Hess Alley.
2003 -188: Councilman Michael Berry and Councilman Edith Vogel will withdraw this bill to
allow the Transportation & Traffic Commission to consider it.
Informal Calendar:
2003 -166: Councilman Richard Groner stated he will be withdrawing this bill.
2003 -167: Councilman Richard Groner stated he will remove this from the Informal
Calendar to be voted on.
2003 -169: Councilman Clyde Angle stated this will remain on the Informal Calendar.
No official actions were taken as this was a work session only.
The meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
