Reference is hereby made to.the•specifications, plans,
profiles and detailed drawings heretofore approved by the said
City Council of the Citp of L,ynwood, and no�v on file in the office
of the City Clerk of said City, for the estimated costs of the
improyements,.(inclusive of.incidental expenses and costs of the
proceedings-) end for a full'and.detailed description and location
of the said proposed improvements, and of the grades to which the
said improvements are to be constructed. The notice of all persons
sffected is directed to the grades for the proposed improvement,
and to the provisions of the acquisition and improvement act of
1925 relating to grades.
Reference is also made to the patent license agreement for
"Weston!s.gasket, and form for tile pipe joints" dated February 29,,
1928, and now on file in the office of the City'Clerk of the City'
of Lynwood.

Section 6. That Ira E. Cogswell, the Superintendent of
Streets of the City of Lyntvood, California, is hereby appointed
Superintendent of lvork, without compensation, and he is hereby.

contemplated improvements, in the manner provided by the said
Acquisition and Improvement Act of 1925, and all amendments
thereto, notices of the adoption of this resolution. This City •
Council deems it advisable,.and it is hereby ordered, that said
notices shall.consist of printed copies of this Resolution of
Intention entitled "NOTICF OF 9IT?iLIC IMPROVEMENT" in letters not
less than one (1) inch in length.
Section 7. The City Clerk of the Cit,y of I�,ynwood shall
certify to the adoption of this Resolution o.f Intention, and cause
the same to be published'by two insertions in T,ynwood Tribune,•a
weekly necvspaper published and circulated in the City of Lynwood,
'' California, and.said newspaper is hereby designated as the'news-
