engineering work and services, survsying and a11 similar work
and service,s necessary to the proper perfor�ance of the in-
provements eontomplated in Acquisition and Improvement District
i1o. 20 of tho Cit;� of I,ynwood, according.to the plans, profiles,
detailed dr�wings and specifications therefor, referred to in
the Resolution of Intention IJo. 521 adopted by the City Council
of the said City of Zynvaood, on the 19th day of Jung, 1928.
TYis compensation of the said ROBERT B. TE�IILI,ER for such ser-
vices is hereby fixed at four per cent (4j'o) of the total cost ,
of the said improvement, exclusive of incidental er,penses and
o0sts of ths proceeding: - This order shall be spread at len�;th
upon the minutes o�' tliis meeting. �
