CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of April 5, 2004, was convened at 5:45 p.m. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Angle, Berry, Ferguson, Gordon, Groner, Klindt, Olsen, Viessman,
Vogel, and Weber
Absent: None
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilman Dan Klindt asked that if there are several people at the meeting regarding the
Washington Park Ice Arena issue (Bill 2003 -188) if the Council would consider moving that
item up on the agenda so they would not have to sit through the entire meeting to see how
that item is voted on. Mayor John Landwehr stated the Council could certainly consider that
option if it wishes, and suggested waiting to see how many people were there regarding
that issue before deciding what to do.
Bid 2078: Councilman Richard Groner stated he wanted to pull that item off for individual
consideration because he would have questions about it.
Item (h): Councilman Michael Berry stated he will abstain since Cole County Residential
Services is a client of his.
Bill 2003 -182: Councilman Edith Vogel stated she will abstain on this issue since she has
a conflict of interest.
No official actions were taken as this was a work session only.
The meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
