RESOLUTION ORDERIPTG THE IMPROVEPdENT. - WHEREAS, at the hour, place and in the manner set forth in the Resolution of Intention adopted by this City Council on the 5th day of June, 1928, in_the matter of Acquisition and Improvement District No. 22 of the City of L,ynwood; a full, fair and impartiel henring was accorded all persons having any objections to.the thing or things proposed to be done,_ns set forth in said Resolution of Intention; and • PlHEREAS, this City Council, now has adopted. its Resolution nTO. 527 passing upon all prote'sts arid ob�ections presented, both written and ora]., and has by.said Resolution made its final determination ns to the extent and boundaries of the assessment district, and as to the boundaries of the zones and to the percentnges to be raised therefrom and to the grades for the im- provement; and . WHEREAS, evidence has been received ns to the publication of said Resolution of�Intention and the•posting of the notice of public improvement therein ordered posted, at the time and in the �_, ,._ ,_ ,_ manner prescribed by lnw, and as_ to_, the neces the _ im- .. provements contemp7a ted and the benefits to be derived therefrom;' NOV1 Tf�EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lynwood, that tt is hereby further determined and ordered as follows: 1. That the said Resolution of Iritention theretofore adopted " on the 5th day of June, 1928, has been duly and legally published, as required by law, and that the notice of public improvement � therein described to be posted has beeri duly and legally posted in the time, form, manner and number, as required by law�-and that all protests or objections presented have been disposed of in the form and manner as required by law, and that this City Council has . now acquired �urisdiction to order th@ doing of the thing or things proposed to be done, as set forth in said Resolution of Intention; • ' 2: Th.at the public interest., convenience and necessity , require, and it is hereby ordered that the work an�1 improvements � as set forth and described in said Resolution o£ I�}tention and in the Specifications, pinns, profiles, corss-sections and detailed draP�ing therein referred to, be made and done. ._ _ 3. That the boundaries of the assessment district, the zones into which said district shall be divided, the percentages to be raised from each of said zones, and the grades to which said improvements are to be conatructed shell be those set forth in� � the said Resolution of Intention,' end in the specifications therQin referred to,�reference`to which is hereby made for n description thereof nnd all detai.ls relative thereto. 4. That the time hereby fixed for receiving bids,for the doing of sa'id work nnd improvements herein ordered is, the lOth dey of July, 1928, nt the hour of 8 o'clock P. M. of said day in the council chambers of this Cit,y•Council in the City Hall in the C3ty of Lyn�vood and�tre clerk of this council is hereby ordered , • to post, and to publish in the-newspaper designated in the �_ _: .� . . h:.. That to defrac the costs and expenses of the things herein ordered to be done, bonds.will be issued to the total amount of the se�me as provided by the Resolution of Intention hereinbefore referred to.
