OP HFARING � nN Te QF IPAh4^ t?I,,?T� P(��SE�SION BONDS. • • ,• ' • . 1'VHALREAS, this.Board of Trustees did on the 27th day of March, 1928 adopt its,Resolution No. 477 ordering oertain acquisitions and impro'vements therein described, refer.ence t'o which Resolution is hereby made for greater certainty, and which said Resolution did inter alia order the institution of an action in eminent domain for the purpose of acquiring title to the property described in the Resolution of Intention in the above entitled matter, reference to'which said Resolution of Intent,ion is hereby made for a description of the property to be acquired, and did also order Brewton A.Hayne, City Attor- ney of the City of Lynwood, to take such steps as might be necessary for the securing of immedi�ate possession and use of . the said .property, and WHEREAS, a Complaint in eminent domain was.filed by the said Brewton A. NOW THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees `(now the City Council) of the City of Lynwood: 1. That the City of Lynwood do not advance such •amounts-as are required.to be deposited to obtain.such-imined- - � - iate possession and usa out of its general fund or any other fund, but on the contrary, it is hereby RESOLVED end DETERMINFD that bonds of Acquisition and Improvement District No. 19 shall be issued for the purpose of obtaining such amounts. 2. That Tuesday, the lOth day of July, 1928, at the hour of eight (8.00) o'clock P.
