' RESOLUTTON OF AWARD
WFIEREAS, the City Council of the City of•Lynwood, Cali-
fornin, did, in open sesston on the lOth day of July, 1928�
publicly open, examine end declere all bids deliver.ed to the
Clerk of said City Council for the performance of the work and
improvement described in the resolution of.intention in the
matter of Acquisition and Improvement District No. 22 of'the
City of.Lpnwood, California, which resolution is hereby expressly
. referred to for further particulars;

thereto, the sum_of One dollar and sixty cents (,�1.60) per linear
foot. ..
Item No: 3..For the construction of 8 inch vitrified clay
p3pe sanitary sewrer (approximately 7029 linear feet) complete in
place including all sub-base, excauation, backfill, removing and
replacing all and all materisl and work incidental
thereto, the sum of One dollar and fort.y cents.(�1.40) per linear
foot.
� Item No. 4.:For the construction of 6 inch vitrified clay
pipe eanitary house connection sev�ers (appreximately 6190 linear
feet) complete in place including a11 excavation; back fill,
removing and replacir.g all obstructions and all'material and work
incidental thereto, tre sum of ri�hty cents (�0.80) per linear foot.
