RESOLUTION OF AWARn
IN THE MATTER OF ACQ,UISITION AND Ib'[PROVr'�1�NT
. DISTnICT N0. 20 OF THE CITY OF LYNVNOOD� CALIF. '
` WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees, now known as the City
Council of the City of Lynwood, California, did, in open
session on the 24th day of July, 1928, publicly open, examine
and declare,all bids delivered'to the Clerk of said'Board or
�. City Council for the performance of the work and improvement .
described in the resolution of intention in the matter. of
Acquisition and Improvement District No. 20 of the City of
Lynwood, California, which resolution is hereby expressly
referred to for further particulars;
NOVJ, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said Board or City .
Council of the said City of Lynwood, hereby rejects all of said
bids except that herein mentioned and hereby ewards the contract
for the•performance of said work and i�nprovement to the lowest
responsible bidder; to-ivit: R, 0. Peters at the prices named

Item No. 2. F'or the construction of a decomposed $ranite
sub'-base 4 inches thick when rolled-(approximately 242,460
square.feet) complete,in place including material and labor
incidental to the construction' thereof, the sum of: Five cents.. ..
( 0.05) per square foot.
Item No. 3. For the construction of compressed cement.
concrete pavement complete in place (approximately 242,460,
square feet) including all materisl and labor' incidental to
the construction thereof, the sum of: Twent -five centa (�0.25)

Item No. 4. For the construction of all tha:t certc�in
oiled surface roadway as shown to be constructed in the speci-
fications in the Matter of Acquisition and Improvement District
No. 20 0£ the City of Lynwood--including all material and labor.
