The foregoing descriptione ase geneial only, and reference
is hereby made to the plans, specifications and detailed draevings
hereinafter referred to,for more detailed description of said
improvements. ' ' '
Reference is hereby made to the specifications, plans, pro-
- Yiles and detailed drawings heretofore approvedrby the said City
�. Council of the City of liynwood; and�now on file in the'office of
the City Glerk of said city, for the estimated costs of the im-
provements (inclusive of incidental expenses and costs of pro-
ceedings) and for a full and detailed description.and location .
of the said proposed improvements,' and oY the'gradea at which
said improvements ase to be constructed. The notice oP all
persons affected is diiected to the grades for the proposed im-
provements, and to the provisions of the acquisition and im-
provement Act�of 1925°, relating to grades.
Reference is also made to the patent and construction
agreement of °Compressed Concrete Company° apgroved by_thie.
City Council on the 12th day of June, 1928, and now on file in �
the office of the City Clerk of the City.of Lynwood.
Section 2. That the dietrict oY landa which will be
benefited by the propoaed improvements hereinbefore described
and referred to, which shall be known hereafter as the "Aeeess-

In the judgment oY the said City Council, varying benefits
will be derived by the different parcels of land lying within
the said asaessment dietrict and the varying benefite to be
derived by the said different parcels of land require that the .
said dietrict ehall be divided into zones according to the
� benefits, to-wit:
Two (2) zones, designated zones A and B on the asaesament
map now on file in the office of the said' City Clerk and here-
. inafter referred to. Each of said zones as proposed is composed
of and includes all the lands within the asseaement district
which will be benefited in like measure bp said improvements but
in a different measure from the other zones therein, and each of
eaid zones is designated by difierent letter and ts plainly. `

now on file in the-office of th'e said'City Clerk, as aforesaid,
to which map reference ie hereby made for the boundaries of the
said zones, and for all details concerning these said zones. I.t
is hereby determined that the percentage of the sum to be raised
each year by levy and collection of apecial assessment taxea in.
the said assesement district for the payment of the principal
and interest on the borids to be iesued to deYray the costs of
the eaid 3mprovementE as herein eet.forth, and which will be �

of said assesament clistrict, the eatent, locati:on and boundaries
of the different zones, aad within.which zone each' parcel of land.

Section 4. For the costs and expenses of the thinge herein
proposed to be done as hereinbefore set forth, bonds will be

interest at the rate o£ eeven .(7) per cent per annum, payable
