-� A Resolution of the Board of Trustees,nov� known as the City
Council of the City of Lynwood,granting Mary J.Marston per-
mission to subdivide Lot No.1203,Tract 3335 ,in the City of
Lynwood,California.
On motion o3 Trustee Anderson,seconded by Trustee T�reedy,it
was reeolved that Mary J.�Earston ovaner of Lot 1203,Tract
3335 ,City of Lynwood,is hereby permitted to subdivide the
eaid lot of land in accordance with the proposed plan of ,
subdivision,appearing on the sketch or map attached to theA
Resolution,and made a part thereof.And all deed restrictioms
affecting or interferring cvith the erection of the proposed _,
��� houses on said lot as subdivided as aforeaaid ,are hereby
released,waved and abrogated by the City of Lynwoad.And the
Building Inspector of the aity of Lynwood is granted permis-
sion to issue all proper building permits eo as to enable
said owner of eaid lote to improve the eame a.s indicatoci on
the said sketch or mapattached to this Resolution.
