manner prescribed by latir, and as to the necessity for the improve-
ments contemplated and the benefits to be derived therefrom,

City of Zynvaood, that it is,hereby £urther determined �nd ordered �.

1. That the s�id. Resolution of Intention theretofore
adopted on. the 7th da� of Au�ust, 1928, lias been duly and legally
published, as required. b,y laua,.and. that the notice of piiblic im�ro�
vement therein described to be posted h�s been duly and le�ally
posted in tre time; for�,manner and number, as required by la�,v, and .
that all protests or objections presented h�ve been disposed o£ in
th�� forn. and. manner as req_uired by la�r,and that this Cit,y Couneil
has nocr acquired jurisdictiori�to order-the doing of -`-
thin�s proposed to bz done, as set forth in said i?esolution of Int=
ention:
2, That the public interest, convenience and necescity �
reauire, and it is hereby ord�red that the ��rro rk and im}�rovements
as set forth and described in said ResoTution of Intention,,.and in
the Specifications, plans,proviles, cross-eections and detailed
dra�aings therin ref�rred to, be made.and done,
