Wi1RR AS, in compliance with otatutouy provision, a municipal
election having been held in beeb City, Utah, on November 8, 1955, at
which there were *Rated three City Councilmen, it now devolves upon the
Mayor and newly composed City Council of Moab City, Utah, to review and
past upon the appointive offiaee previously created; to approve any
office or all offices which they may deem necestary for the good govern-
ment of the city; to appoint qualified parsons thereto, and to fix the
salaries of the officers so appointed; and
WHERMAS, the Mayor and City Council have given full consideration
to and have reviewed at length the eforeaaid offices, appeitnents thereto,
and salaries;
NOW, TUMORS, SB IT IC5OM s and it is hereby ordered by the
Mayor and City. Council of Fib City. Utah, that the appointive offices of
Moab City, with persons appointed thereto and their monthly swamies, be
and the same hereby are adopted, appointed and approved. as follows:
