�rV?IEREAS, J. E. Rockhold, a public officsr, to-wit, the County
Surveyor of the County of Zos Angeles, �vas, on the 16th day of ?�.�Iay,
1927, appointed and directed. to prepare and furriish Specifications
for certain proposed acquisitionsr�and improvements of ATLANTIC
AVENUE and OISVE STREET and portions of said streets to be acquired
and improve:dclie within the boundaries of:the City rof Lynwood; and
�VHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Los Angeles
did, on the llth day of 1928, approve said Specifieations .

posed. to be acquired and improved which lie within, and to the in-
