purpose of preparing and furnishing specifi.cations for the
improvements contemplated izi;the above sn�itled matter, and

&nd approved by�this City Cpuncil, and
"PFiEREAS,• this City Council has heretofore, to- '.
� wit: On the 16th day of.0etaber, 1926, repealed
and rescinded and held for naught, such approval.
id0�"1,LHEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED that said aOBERT
B.MIZZEF, be,and he is hereby appointed, for the purpose
of prepaiing and furnishing amended specifications in con-
nection with the contemplated improvements in the above en-
titled matter, said amended specifications are to conforin '
to all o£ the requirements of the Acquisition and Improve-
ment Act of 1925, as amended . -
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,-that tHe compensation of
said ROBERT B. I�IZLE3'for.preparing t�e specifications in
the above entitled matter, under t he order of this Citg
Council , which was passed on the 14th day of August,
1928 as atoresaid, be at the rate as�figed in the order
, last mentioned, and his compensation at euch tate b�sed up-
on the work_to be outlined in the amended speci£ications
shall constitute his sole compensation.
