The CityCouncil of' the city of Lynwood,-0alifornie,
having heretofore approved the amended specifications in the
above entitled�matter, and 'naving transmitted a copy thereof .
to this l�oard of Supervisors, together v�ith a resolution re-
- o_uesting th6.t the �ioard of Supervisors to the l;ounty of Zos
Angeles consent to the said improvement, and.to the assessment
of the property, as.indicated therein,,the said resolution so
• submitted being in words and figures as follows.;

designated to prepare amended specifications in the above en-
titled matter, having this day filefl with bhe City Counc;.l
,. such amended specificatioms, snd this City Council� having �
,. examined same and taken evidence relsting thereto and to the
benefits and the apportionment o£ benefits reepecting� same;
- snd being of the opinion that the public interest, conveni-
ence and ne,cessity require the improvement.
IT IS HEREBY DETLRis:INED that said specifications
be, and the same are hereby approved. '

SECTIO� 2. This CitS Council does hereby`£ind and deter-
mine that the proposed improvement,so far as it lies
in unincorporated territory o.f trie_County of Los"Angeles,
in the .judgment of.this Body is necessary and proper to'com-
. plete, connect with and render of treater use to the public,
e�ieting improvements in and on public x�ays within the City
o£ Lynwood, as wellnas the improvements to be made under the
- aforesaid proceeding. . . ,
SECTIOV 3. IT IS FURTH�;R DETERc+IINED that, in the
opinion of the City Council, said property lying within un-
incorporated territory of the Oounty of Los Angeles, all as
shown by the.specifications, will.be benefited by the improve-
ment provided by the specifications, and as shown by the as-
sessment p�`strict end zoning.

SLCTION 4: It IS FURTHER DET�F�'UiINED that the City
Council.of the City��of Lynwood, Calufornis, does hereby re-
quest the Legislative Body of.the County,of Los Angeles
to consent to the said proposed improvement and aesessment
district,.sll as indicated by the said specifications, and
that sueh consent by such legislative Body be made by Resolution
authori�ing saidr'.improvement and said assessnent district. '
� SECTION 5. BE IT �'URTH�R D��TE?3MII��D that the City
Clerk of the City of liynwood shall forth�ith trsnsmit to the •
Legislative Body of the Cou�ty of Los Angeles a true copy o�
this resolution, together with a true copy of sr�id amended
specifications, and that the sane be fi.led with said Legis-.
