. The City Council of the city of Lynwood, California,
do resolve as �ollows;'
SECTIOPI 1.Robert B.Pniller, the person heretafore
designated to prepsre smended.specifications in the above
entitled matter, having this day Tiled with the City Council
such amended specif'ications, and this City Couneil having
examined same and taken evidence relating thereto and to the�
. benefits and the apportionment of bene�its respecting�^ s�:me,
and being of the opinion thst the public interest, conveni-
ence and neces�ity require the improvement.
IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED-THATsaid amended specif'ications_.._
� be., and the same are hereby approved.
� S�CTION 2. This-City Council does hereby find and
determind that the proposed imrorovement, so far as it lies
in unincorporated territory of tY�e County of Los Angeles, in the
judgment of this Body is necessar�- and nroper to com-

existing improvements.in and on public ways within the City
of Lynwood, as well as the improvements to be made under the •
e£oresaid proceeding.

solution authorizing said improvement and said assessment
distriet.
