RESOL?7TION FIXING TINE AND PLAC�' FOR HEA�tING
� ' ON ACCEPTANCE OF VVORK AND ISSUANCE OF BONDS.
� N7FIEREAS;�in the matter.of Acquisition and Improvement Dis-
trict No. 22 of the City.of Lynwood, a declaration of completion
of the.work and improvemerit contracted to be done in the above
entitled proceeding, to�ether with an itemized statemerit of the
expenses thereof and the total sum for which bonds are claimed
by the contractor:,,which total sum is �38,741.65, sll in the
manner, and formrset,forth in Section.22 of the "AOqui"sition and ,
Improvement Act 'of 1925", �'�as amended, was filed with the Clerk
of this Board of Trustees, now knotvn as the Gity Council on the
30th day of October, 1928; •
, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE50LVED, that this Board of Trustees,
norr known as the City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby fixes
the 13th day of November, 1928, nt the hour of 8 o'clock P. M.,
as the.time, and'the chambers of the Board of Trustees, nov� kno�vn
as the City Council of the Oity of Lynwood in the City of Lynwood,
ns the place where, a hearing shall be had for the purpose of
`determining whether or not the work and improvement in the above'
entitled matter shall be accepted as'being completed according to •
�: ' the contract,'and for determining the aggregate amount-for which -- -
bonds shall be issued to the contractor or assignee therefor, and
of furnishing an opportunity�to all persons interested in any of
the work or improvement done, or in an,q matter affecting said
improvement and the assessment district thereofr, and feeling •
. � aggrieved by any act or determinati.on done or mad� in the said
proceeding, or claiming that any of the previous acts or proceedings
are irre�ular, defective, erroneous or faulty, or claiming that
the work or improvement has not been performed according to the
contr�ct in a good and substantial manner, or claiming that any
portion of the work or improvement for any reason vras omitted or
illegally included in the contract for the same, or having any
objections to offer or any reasori to advance why bonds shoudl not
be issued im the amount set forth in the decler ation and statement
on file,.to appear before this legislative body and by it be heard
upon any of the above mentioned matters; and
BE IT FURTEER RESOLVED, that the Clerk of this said Board
or Council shall publish a notice of said hearing by two in-
sertions, and by posting a copy.thereof for at least two davs on

tham ten days before the date fixed for said hearing.
I her.eby certify that th'e i'oregoing resolution was adopted
by the Board of Trustees now knotim as the City Council, at an
Adjourned Regular meeting held on the 30th day of October, T928,
by the following vote of the members thereof:
