corporated territory o£ the County of I�os gngeles, and a bond r

was given said C\ ty as a guarantee tli�t the streets dedicated
by said Tract map;would be surYaced in accordance vrith county
requirements; and,
ti'lHEREAS, be3ore the completion of said ti5�ork, saad
Tract was incorporated into, and made a part o� the City oY
• Zyntivood, and jurisdiction ovar said streets is novr vested in
said uit9; and,
FJIiEi2EAS, the owner o3 said Tract now claims to have
finishe d said tvork, and wiehes to have said bond cancelled,
and Road Commissioner of Zos Angeles Coun�LS� having referred said
matter to thia City �ouncil; and,
;�1I3EREAS, this Body has taken evidenco as to the condi-
tion oY said streets, and said eV�idence shows that said streota
have been aurfaced according to requirements,
NO�V, THEr"t�',FQ'�E, BE IT RESOLVED, by this City Council
that all of said streeta h aving been susfaced in a manner satis-
3actory to this City Council, said bond ought to be cancelled
and returned to the maker.
The City Clerk shall attest and certi£9 to the adop-
tion of this Resolution and deliner a certified copy o� same to
the �oad Commissioner o£ Zos Angeles County.
