IN THE MATTER OF ACQUISITION AND IMPROVEP�IENT
' ` DISTRICT N0..22_OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD. .
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING VVORK AND FIXITdG AMOUNT
OF BOND5.
WHEREAS, in the matter of Acquisition and Improvement
District No. 22 of the City of,Lynwood, a hearing has been
duly and regularly had for the purpose of determining whether
or not the work and improvement performed in the above entitled
'. matter should be accepted as being completed according to the
contract therefor., and determining the aggregate amount for
'ivhich bonds shall be issued� to the contractor, or his assigns
therefor, and of furni.shi_ng�an onportunity to all persons
interesY,ed to a�pear a.nd nresent their objections and, �s
• anpears from tHe affidavits.on £ile in the office of this Board
of Trustees now known as the City Council of the Cit,y of
' Lyrnvood notice of said hearing was duTy posted and.'publishod and
a fair,..full and impartial hearing has been accorded u�on all
objections presented; and
WIiREAS, evidence has been received upon the matters
referred to in the declaration of completion and statement of ..
amounts filed in the oEfice of the Clerk of this.Board or
Council on the 30th day of.October, 1928;

NOW, THEREr^ORE, BF IT RESOLVED, that this Board of
Trustees now known as the City Council of the City of Lynwoo
hereby finds, determines and orders as follows� to-tivit:
1. That the day, hour and place of the hearing upon the
acceptance of the work and issuance of bonds has been`duly'�nd
regularly published and posted in the m,anner required by law.
,. 2. That all of the acts, determinations and proceedings
heretofore had and taken in the matter of Acquisition and
Improvement.District No. 22 of the City of Lynwood are regular ..
and Sn all respects sufficient, and that all protests and
' objections regardir.g the same and to the'issuance of bonds in •
the amount hereinafter set forth are hereby overruled and denied.
3. That the work and improvement to be done in the matter
. of the above named d3strict has been completed and performed
according to the contract, in a good and substantial manner, .
and that said work and innrovement is hereb,p accepted.+
4. That t?�e amount of the contract price for the doing of
sai.d work and imt�rovement is as follows: Thirt,p-six thousand
three hundred fifty-f.ive and eight,p one-hun re s.o ars

said improvement and of the proc'eedings therefor, which are to
be charged against and paid to the contractor, are as follows:
- Two thousand three hundred ei ht -five and ei ht -five one-

. 5. That the aggregate amount for vrhich bonds shall be
issued to Draina�e Construction Compan,y, the contractor in said
' matter, is the sum�of Thirt -ei ht thousand seven hundred fort -
one and:sixt -five one-hundredt s dollars 38 41.65 . `
6. T at the City Treasurer of the City of Lyriwood shall
issue acquisition and improvement district bonds of the said
' District, designated ".Series A"' amounting in the aggregate to the,.

said principal sum last mentioned, dated the day this resolution
is adopted,.all in the mariner and form pr'ovided in said Act and
" in further accordance with tYie provisions for such bonds contained
' " in the Resolution of Intention adopted in the matter of sa'id
Acquisition,and Improvement District by this Board of Trustees
now knotvn as the City Council of the City of Lynwood on the 5th
• day of June, 1928.
7, That, upon the expiration of twenty days from the making
of this final order the Clerk of this Board or Council shall
transmit to said City Treasurer an attested, copy of this
resolution and order, together with an attested copy of the 'said _
Resolutior. of Intention.
