, in Lhe uesolution of Intention adopted by this City Council on
' the 30th day of'OctoUer', 1928, in the matter o£ Acquisition and Impro
-vement District YIo;24 of the Ci1iy of Zym=aood, a�ull, fair and im-
partial hearing was accorded all persons having any objections to
.. the thing.or thin�s proposed to be done ,as set forth in s�id I�e-
solution of Intention ; and
;'it�RF�S, this CityCouncil, r_oia has adop�ed its Resolution
IJ0.582 passing upon all protests and objections presented, bo�h •
�tritten �nd oral, and has b� said 3esalution made its finel deter-
mination as to the extent and boundaries of the assessment district,
�.nd as to the bounde,ries o£ the zones and to the percent�.ges to be
•raised therefrom and to the grades for,the improveMent ; and
t'lIi�REAS, evidence has been received.as to the publication
of said Resolution of Intention and. the postin�.of.the.notice of
public improvement therein ordered posted, at the time and in the man
-ner prescribed by laeu, ana as to the necessit,y for the improvements
contemplated and the benerits to be derived therefrom ;

Cit,y of Z;/n�nood, that it is hereby further determined and ordered
ac follo�rs;
- 1, lhat the said Resolution. o£ Intentiori theretofore adop
-ted on the 30th da,y of October, 1928, has been duly and legally pub-
lished, as required b,y law-and that the nooice of public improvement
therein clescribed to be posted has been and legally posted in
the time, form, manner and nember, es required bj latv, and that all
prote5ts or objections presented have been disposed of in'the form .
and �anner as renilired by la��,and that this City Council has now acqu
-i�ed jurisdiction to order the doing of the thing or tninfs proposed
tobe done, as set £orth in said Resolution of Intention.

-quire,.and it is hereby ordered"that the ti�ork and improvements as se
set forth and deacribed in said Resolutioj of Intention and in the
Specifications, plans, proi'iles, cross- sections and detailed draw-.

be raised from each of said zones, and the grades to which said impro,

4. That the time hereby fixed for receivi.ng bids for the
' doing of said vuorY, and iir.procerr.ents herein ordered is, the 4th day
of December,l928, at the hour o£ 80'cloek.P.T,4, of said day in
tho Cpuncil chambers oi'�:his City Council i•n the Cit.y Hall in the
City of Zyn�aood and the clerk of this council is hereby ordered to
post, and to publish•in.the ne��spaper designated in the Resolution
of Intention , a notice inviting sealed bids, requiring in such no-
" tice that all bids be accompanied by a certified check or.bond all
as required by the prbvisions of the Acquisition and Improvement
Act o£ 1925 as a�ended.
5. 7'hat to defray the costs and. expenses o£�the thin�s
herein ordered to be done, bonds �vill be .issued to the total ar.:ount
of the same as provided by the Resolution of Intention hereinbefore
referred to.
