RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLAGE FOR HEARING
' ON ACCEPTANCE OF 6`dORK AND ISSUANCE OF BONDS. ,
IN THE MATTER OF ACA,UISITIOPI AND IMPROVEI�?ENT
�DISTRICT N0. 20 OF TH£ CITY OF LYIV'TJOOD. ' . -
: �'VHEREAS, in the matter of Acquisition and�Improvement
District No. 20 of the City of Lynwood, a declaration of com-
pletion of the work and improvement contracted to be done 1Y�
the above entitled proceeding, together with an itemized
• statement of the expenses thereof and the total sum for which
bonds� are claimed by the contractor, which total sum is
�93,233.60, a11 in the manner and form.set forth in Section-22 .
of the "Acquisition and Improvement Act 1925", as amended,
was filed with the Clerk of this Board of Trustee's, now known
as the City Council on the 18th da,y of December, 1928.
NOW, THERrFORE, F3F TT °�SOLVFD, that this Board of Trustees, :
now knovm as the Cit.y Council o° the City of Lynwood.hereby '
fixes the 2nd dap of •7apuar,y, 1p2Q, at the hour of.8 o'clock P.R4.,
as the ti.me, and tbe chambers of the Boar�l of Trustees, now
known as the City CounciT of the City,of L,ynwood in the City of
Lynwood, as the place where, a hearing �§hall be had for the
purpose of determining whether or not the work and improvement
,.,,in the,above entitled matter be.accepted as tieing com-_ _�_ .
4 pleted according to�the`contract,.arid for'determinirig the ,,
aggregate.amount for which bonds shall be issued to the con- .
• tractor or assignee therefor, and of furnishing an opportunity
to all person.s interested in any of, the work or improvement
done, or in any matter affecting said improvement arid the
assessment district therefor, and feeling aggrieved by any act
or determination done or made in the said proceeding, or '
claiming that any of the preyious aats or proceedings.are
irregular, defective, erroneous or,faulty; or'�claiming that the '
work or improvement has not been performed according to the
contract in a good and substential manner, o'r claiming that any
portion of the work or improvement for any r`eason wr3s omitted or
illegally included in the contract for the same, or having any
ob,jections to offer or any reason to advance why bonds should not
- be issued in the amount set forth in the declaration and state-
ment on file, to appear before this le�islative body and by it be
heard upon any oi the above mentioned matters; and
BE IT FU??THEFt RiSOLVED, that the Clerk of this said Board
or Council shall publish a notice of said hearing by two in=
sertions, and b,y posting a r.,opv thereof for at least tvro days on

I hereby certify that the £oregoing resoliition �vas adopted
by.the Board of Trustees nova known as the City Council, at an
adjourned regular meeting held on the 18th day of December, 1928�
