CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of May 3, 2004, was convened at 5:45 p.m. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Berry, Brown, Crane, Ferguson, Harvey, Martin, Patterson, Viessman,
Vogel, and Weber
Absent: None
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Public Hearings
Councilman Kevin Brown asked if the Council would take up the corresponding pending bill
(2004 -4) immediately after the public hearing. Mayor John Landwehr stated that he had no
problem with that if the Council wishes to do so.
Bills Pending
Bill 2004 -1: City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus distributed copies of a Substitute Bill 2004 -1
which the Mayor and Council had requested that he prepare following the April 30 "Brown
Bag" meeting. Mr. Nickolaus went over the differences between that bill and the original bill.
No official actions were taken as this was a work session only.
The meeting adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
