CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 2015-17
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PROPOSAL FOR THE ARDMORE SUBWATERSHED
RETROFIT ASSESSMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Medina to authorize Hakanson Anderson and the
Hennepin County Department of Environment and Energy to work on a joint proposal for the
Ardmore Subwatershed Retrofit Assessment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this work would analyze the Lake
Independence/Ardmore area and provide modeling, best management practice information,
locations and cost analysis to assist the City of Medina in their goal to achieve cleaner water for
Lake Independence. This project will be accomplished for a total project price not to exceed
$11,000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Medina will pay an amount not to exceed
40% of the costs associated with the project or $4,000 whichever is less.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Cousineau and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Cousineau, Martin, Mitchell, Pederson
And the following voted against same: (Absent: Anderson)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
