WHEREAS, The Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Richmond Sanitary District adopted a
budget for calendar year 2015; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined it is now necessary to transfer money from one major budget
classification to another within a department or office; and
WHEREAS, the transfer does not require the expenditure of more money than the total amount set out
in the original budget; and
WHEREAS, this transfer may be made under Indiana Code 6- 1.1 -18 -6 without notice and without the
approval of the Department of Local Government Finance.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Richmond
Sanitary District that the 2015 budget be amended as follows:
A. Solid Waste
1. Delete $20,000 from Other Equipment
Account number 601.38.302.139.000.4490
2. Add $20,000 to Asphalt
Account number 601.38.302.139.000.2364
B. Sewer Utility
1. Delete $126,000 from Treatment Plant Equipment
Account number 680.38.306.137.000.4413
2. Add $126,000 to Land Application - Bio- Solids
Account number 680.38.303.137.000.3180
