CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Bob Giles, Monty Moore, Colby Nielsen, Rick Fereday, Mike Maciaszek, and Tabitha Martineau. Nic
Swanson was absent. City Treasurer Linda Stoke, Community and Economic Development Director
Michelle Groenevelt and Permit Technician Rachel Santiago-Govier were also present.
CONSENT AGENDA
• Minutes from August 13, 2019 (Action item)
Member Giles made a motion to approve the August 13th, 2019 minutes. Member Nielsen
seconded the motion.All members voted Aye and the motion carried.
• Minutes from August 19, 2019 (Action item)
Member Fereday asked that the minutes be changed to reflect the "no"vote from member
Nielsen on the Downtown West District. Member Giles made a motion to approve the August
19th, 2019 minutes as corrected. Member Maciaszek seconded the motion.All members voted
Aye and the motion carried.
• Invoice—Elam and Burke July 31, 2019 (Action item)
• Invoice- Elam and Burke August 31, 2019 (Action item)
Member Moore made a motion to approve the July 31'and August 315, 2019 Elam and Bourke
invoices. Member Giles seconded the motion.All members voted Aye and the motion carried.
• Invoice- ICRMP Insurance Policy(Action item)
Member Nielsen made a motion to approve the ICRMP invoice. Member Giles seconded the
motion.All members voted Aye and the motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS
• Financials and Cash Flow
Ms.Stokes presented the cash flow and financials as well as the approved budget.

• Payment of Bond (Action item)
Ms.Stokes stated that they can save$8,000-$10,000 in interest if they call the bond early. If so,
we will notify the bond holder.The Board agreed that it should be paid since MRA has the funds.
Member Moore made a motion to call the bond early. Member Martineau seconded the motion.
All members voted Aye and the motion carried.
• Update to new MRA District Plan
Ms. Groenevelt gave an update on the plan.The Planning and Zoning Commission found that
the Downtown West Plan was in conformance with the McCall Area Comprehensive Plan.A
letter and the plan has been sent to the taxing district. It is being noticed in the Star News for
two weeks. On October 24th,the new plan will be heard as a public hearing at City Council.

Member Maciaszek made a motion to adjourn. Member Giles seconded the motion.All members
voted Aye and the motion carried.
