City of Lynwood withont notifying the �Iater Department of said
City and paying for same, used for domestic, irrigation, watering
stock or any other purpose,whatsoever, be charged for time back
in which said water has not been paid for, upon sub'stanLtaltipr,00f'
of time water has been used,
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
ofthis Resolution and thoreupon and t.hereafter the same shall be in
