CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of June 7, 2004, was convened at 5:45 p.m. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Berry, Brown, Crane, Ferguson Harvey, Martin, Viessman, Vogel, and
Weber
Absent: Patterson
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Consent Agenda
Someone will make a motion to approve bid 2142 contingent on the passage of Bill 2004 -23
scheduled to be voted on at the June 21 meeting.
Bills Introduced
2004 -14 - City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus distributed a substitute bill and explained the
change which is being made in the contract.
Informal Calendar
Bill 2004 -11 will remain on the Informal Calendar and Mayor John Landwehr asked that
Councilman Brian Crane, Councilman Edith Vogel and anyone else interested in this bill
to work out their problems before the bill comes up for a vote.
No official actions were taken as this was a work session only.
The meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
