Minutes of the Town Commission of the Tonw of Gulf Stream, Florida
held a t the City Hall at the Gulf Stream Golf Club on Wednesday,
January 4th,1950.

The minutes of the meeting held on December 13,1949 were read
and approved.
The following bills which had been paid since the meeting held
December 7th, were approved.
The Murphy Construction Company Cost of New

Upon motion made by Mayor L. Seton Lindsay, seconded by Vice -Mayor
Ift.T. Jebb,Jr., it was RESOLVED, that the official date for meetings
by the Town Commission be set as the second Wednesday in each month.
Upon motion duly, made, s econded and carried, it was RESOLVED, that
the Mayor and Town Clerk be empowered to edgnra contract with the
City of Delray Beach to cover as follows:
"That under proper safeguards it would be advisable fort hd Town of
Gulf Stream to use the Radio Service in Police Cars offered to us
by the City of Delray Beach. The cost of service to be $25.00 per
month and the cost of the radio for the car to be $375.00.ft The
above.referred to contract to be approved by Town of Gulf Stream
Attorney Mr. C.Y.Byrd.
