CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Brown Bag" Work Session of June 18, 2004, was convened at 12:10 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr, immediately following the 12:00 PM public hearing on voluntary
annexation.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Berry, Brown, Ferguson, Harvey, Martin, Patterson, Viessman, Vogel,
and Weber
Absent: Crane
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Items were not necessarily discussed in order that they appeared on the agenda.
Informal Calendar:
Bill 2004 -11 - City Administrator Rich Mays suggested passing this bill to address the
concerns of the citizen who requested a solution to the problem of parking trailers on
streets several months ago, and perhaps the Council could address further similar concerns
in the future.
Other Discussions:
No official actions were taken since this was a work session only.
