The Board of Trustees of the Cit.,y of Lynwood do resolve
as follows:-
SECTION l, That G. Pd, Rehfald chairman of the
Finance Committeo and President of the Board of Trustees of
the City of Lynwood, to instructcH�r H. J. Payno to audit all
� books and accounts of whatever nat.ure at anytime when needed
and that said H. J. Payne is hereby instructed and authorized
by the Board of Trustees of the Cit,y of Lynwood to audit and
check all moneys, �emounts, books and papers of any kind,name •
or nature, pertaining in any way to the businesa of the City
of Lynwood, the Cit,y Pdarshell and traffic regulator, Building -
Inspector, �Rater Superintenflent, Prater Clerk, City Recordor and
City Treasure whenever needed @r ordered to do so by G. W.
Rehfeld Cha3rman of Finance 2�' any City Trustee, and to give
a statement in writting `du�� signed by him whenever requested
to do so, of the condition of oaid boolcs and papera pertaining
to the Cit,y of Lynwood.
S�CTION 2. The City Clerk shall cert,ify to the passage
of this resolution and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in
