resolve as follows:-
SEC'PIOId 1. Employing Nlr. H. J. Payne to complete
tY�e books for the Ci�ty of Lynwood and to complete the City
Record book and all Records in anyeray pertaining to said
� City of Lynwood or its Officers. such as Trustees, President
of the Board, City Recorder, City Building Znspector, City
Marshall, City Treasure and Cit� Clerk, at �1.00 (one dollar)
per hour, for said rvork.
SF.CTION 2. P7nploying h�s James Payne to asaist
in keeping said books and to assist any of the City Officials

when nneded with these books and records, at.50¢ (Fifty Cents)
per hour, for said work.
SECTION �. Elnploping Mrs A. L. Harris vrhen ever
neoded to help complete all the City Records from the data
� gathered by the same T�s A. L. Harris for the purpose of
making up said Recorda�for the City of Lynwood including the
assessement of lights, at .50� (fifty centa) per hour, for
