CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2015-24
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF PETER
RECHELBACHER AS MEDINA'S REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE
MINNEHAHA CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT
WHEREAS, on March 3, 2015, Peter Rechelbacher submitted a letter of resignation from
his position as Medina's representative for the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District addressed to
City Administrator Scott Johnson; and
WHEREAS, Peter Rechelbacher's resignation from his position as Minnehaha Creek
Watershed District Representative shall become effective immediately.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Peter Rechelbacher's letter of resignation from being the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District
Representative is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Anderson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anderson, Cousineau, Martin, Pederson
And the following voted against same: (Absent: Mitchell)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
