CALL TO ORDER
A Special Council Meeting was convened at 5:30 P.M. on July 15, 2004, by Mayor John
Landwehr.
ROLL CAL
The following Council Members were present for the roll call:
Present: Berry, Brown, Crane, Harvey, Martin, and Viessman
Absent: Ferguson, Vogel, and Weber
A quorum was declared present.
CONSENT AGENDA
The following items were on the agenda for Council approval by Consent:
a.
Minutes of Council Meetings: June 18 Brown Bag, June 21 Pre - Meeting,
and June 21 Regular Meeting
(RENEWAL) Agreement with Capital Regional Medical Center for
Wellness and Fitness Program - Fire Dept.
A motion was made by Councilman Kevin Brown for approval of the Consent Agenda as
presented, seconded by Councilman Roy Viessman and approved unanimously.
ADJOURN
MENT
There being no further business to come before the Council at this time, a motion was made
by Councilman Dean Martin for adjournment, seconded by Councilman Roy Viessman and
approved unanimously at 5:33 P.M.
