CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Brown Bag" Work Session of July 16, 2004, was convened at 12:05 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Berry, Brown, Crane, Harvey, Martin, Viessman, and Vogel
Absent: Ferguson and Weber
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Items were not necessarily discussed in order that they appeared on the agenda.
Informal Calendar:
Bill 2004 -29 - This will remain on the Informal Calendar to satisfy the notification
requirements.
2004 -31 - The Council and staff thinks that they will be able to vote on this Monday night.
Councilman Michael Berry suggested language to waive filing fees for persons applying to
the Board of Adjustment for hardship cases.
Other Discussions:
Mayor John Landwehr suggested that the Council discuss the possibility of having their
Public Works & Planning Committee meetings in the future immediately following the Brown
Bag meetings.
No official actions were taken since this was a work session only.
