CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of July 19, 2004, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Berry, Brown, Crane, Harvey, Martin, Viessman, and Weber
Absent: Ferguson and Vogel
quorum was present.

DA ITEMS
Items were not necessarily discussed in order that they appeared on the agenda.
Bills Pending:
2004 -31 - Councilman Michael Berry stated he plans to withdraw this because he does not
believe he has enough votes for it to pass. He plans to re- introduce it at a later date.
No official actions were taken since this was a work session only.
The meeting adjourned at 5:50 P.M.
