lution o� Intention Tdo. 51"-A resolution of the Board of Trustees
of the City oi Zyn�vood declaring its intention to improve certain
portions of �lma Avenue, �lizabeth �.venue, Ivorton ��venue,(some-
times known as the Downey and Los Angeles Road), T�or,th I,os I'lores
Boulevard and 5essions �treet in said City, and describing the
district to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses of said im-
provement; ..
