CITY OF ZYNI;'OOD, CALIFORNIA.
^tHE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ZYNWOOD DOES RESOLVE
AS FOZLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the improvement herein described is required .
by the public.interest and convenience, and the Board oY Trustees
o� the City o� Lynwood having at the time set �orth in Resolution
° 03 Intention No. 52 received no protests or objections against said.
work of.improvement or against the extent of the district to be
assessed �or said work oY improvement as set 3orth in Resolution
02 Intention No. 52, does hereby order the work oY improvement as
contemplated in said Resolution o� Intention No. 52, to-wit:
First: That all oi the roadcvay of Sanborn 9venue Yrom the
easterly line o� Long Beaoh'Boulevard to the easterly boundary line
oP the City oY I,ynwood be graded and paved to the official line and
grade with an oil macadam pavement (4) inehes in thickness, in
accordance with Plan 1Vo. 341, Sheets Nos. 1 and 2, and in further
a000rdance with Specifications Tdo. 5�or street paving with oil �
macadam pavement in the Gity of I,ynwood.
- . Second:. That all oP the_r.oadways oY Yollowing streets and
portions oY Streets in said City be graded and oiled to the oPYieial
line and �rade in accordance with Plan No. 341, Sheets Nos. l.and 2,
• and in iurther accordance with SpeclYicati ons No. 4 Yor the grading
and oiling oY.streets and avenues in the City,oY I,ynwood, viz:
