CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of August 2, 2004, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
following Council Members were present:
Present: Berry, Brown, Crane, Ferguson, *Harvey, Martin, and Vogel, and Weber
Absent: Viessman
*Councilman Harvey arrived at 5:50 PM
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Items were not necessarily discussed in order that they appeared on the agenda.
Ward Two Council Seat Vacancy - A discussion was held regarding scheduling forum(s) for
the public to meet the nominees for the Ward 2 Council seat left vacant by the death of
Councilman Bill Patterson. The Council agreed the best time for them would be Monday,
August 9, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Mayor John Landwehr stated he would explain the process
at the Council meeting.
No official actions were taken since this was a work session only.
The meeting adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
