Be it Resolvecl by the Board of Truetees of
the City of Lynv�ood,that the City Clerk be and is�hereb�
instructed to enter into contract with IIyron Jackson Iron
�iJorks ,Inc.for one four inch direct connected pump to ro-
place present equipment at Plant No.l for t�e stipulated
price of �290.00 plus the old equipment.Said pump to be
delivered and erected for service.The motor fo.r this nump
to be delivered to the Byron Jackson Iron 'c'lorks b� the
'v'�estinghouse Electric and b'[fg.Company,and covered by our
purchase order :R�solution No,76 ,
Pay-ment to be made to the B�ron Jackson
Iron 'Norks upor. completion of contract and acceptance
