Eighth: P?otiee is hereby gi'ven that serial bonds to represent
unpaid'assessments for the expexise of said proposed work of improve-
ment, which bond`s shall•bear interest at the rate of seven (7�) per
eent per annum, will be issued hereunder in the manner provided by
the �'Improvement Bond Aet of 1915", the last installment of which,
bonds shall'.mature,r_ine-years from the seeond day of July next sue-
.eeeding nine:months from their @ate.
A7.1 of the herein proposed v✓ork, except as hereinabova stated,
shall be done in pnrsuance of an'act of the I,egislature of the State

the Board oP Trustees, in the manner and form required by law, a
printed notice of this award; also to post a copy of said notice
�, upon the bulletin board at the Pacific Llectric Railway 5tation,
i known as Zynwood Station, at the intersection of Zong Beach Boule-
�'. vard.and Fernwood Avenue in said and also one.,copy upon the
;'° bulTetin board at the northwest corner of Mul3ord Avemxe and I,ong
Beaeh Boulevard in said City.
The Gity Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Resolution
