aSFCTION 1: That the improvement.herein described is required
by the publio iriterest and convenience, and the Board of Trustees
of the City oY I,ynwood having at the time set forth in Resolution
of Intention Ido. 86 received no protests or objections against said
work of improvement or against the .axtsnt of the distriet to be
assessed for said work of'improvement as set Porth in Resolution of
Intention No. 86, does hereby order the work of improvement as con-
templated,in said Resolution of Intention No. 86, to-ivit:
, First; That a cement eurb, designated as Class "B" Curb, des-
cribed in the hereinafter referred to specifications, be constructed
along the south side of tho South Roadway of Fernwood Avenue from
the ea;sterly line of Zong Beach Boulevard to the easterly boundary
line of the City of Lynwood.
The construction oY said curb shall include fu11 returns at
all street and�alley intersections between the limits herein des-
cribed, omitting, ho�vever, sueh portion o� said street upon which a
cement-curb,of the class hereinbefore referred to has alread,y been
' constructed and how exists to the official line and grade. �
Second: That a,cement sidewalk, four (4) feet in width be con-
structed along the south side o� the South Roadway of Pernwood Avenue
'from the easterly line of Zong Beach Boulevard to the easterly bouti-
dary line of the City of Zynwood;
, E%CEPTING that said.sidewalk shall be omitted upon such por-
tion oY said street upon whieh a cement sidewalk four (4) Yeet or'
more in vvidth has already been constructed and now exists to the
official line and grade.
The construction of said sidewalk shall include £ull returns
at all street intersections between the limits herein described.
Third: That a cement gutter one (1) Yoot in �vidth and five
�(5) inches in thickness be constructed along the south line oY the
South Roadway o3 Farnwood Avenue from the easterly line o� Zong Beach
Boulevard to the easterly boundary iine of the City oY Lynwood.
The construction of said b tters sha1T include flill cross
gutters and wing gutters at all intersections o� streets and alleys
betv�een the limits herein described, all as sho�vn on the plans
hereinafter mentioned.
Fourth: All oY said sidewalk, eurb and gutter herein referred
to shall be constructed in aecordance with Plan nTO. 347, and in -
Yurther accordanco vrith Specificatioris IJo. 1 for the construction of
cement curbs in the City of Zynwood, SpeciYications Pio. 2 Por the
construction of cement sidewalks in the City oY Lynwood and Specifi-
- cations No. 3 for the construction of cement gutters in the City of
Zynwood. �
EiYth: Notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent
unpaid assessments Yor the.expense-oY said proposed work of improve-
ment,, which bonds shall bear interest at the rate of seven (7) per
. oent per annum, will be issued liereunder in the manner provided by
the ^Improvement Bond Act oY 1915", the -last installment oY which
bond shall mature nine years Yrom the second day of Juiy next
sucgeeding nine months Yrom their date.
