nine months from their date. '

� pr.operty affected or benefited by the proposed work ot' improvoment as
described herein and to be assessed to pay the expenses thoreof. Such
diagram shall snow each separato lot, piece or parcel of land:,.the area
in square foet in each of said lots, piecos or parcels of land, the
rslative location of tha same to tha worx proposed to be don�, dll .
within tho limits of thc! assessment district.
SECTIbnT 6: Notioe is Yiereby given that the 13th day of June, 1923,
at the hour of 8:00 o'clock Y. TJt. of said day, at the Council Chamber
oY tho 3oard of Trusteos� of tho �ity of I,yrnSrood is hareby �ixod and
designated as the day, hour and place �vhen and �vhore any and all persons
having aryo ubjections to the proposed �NOrk of improvemont herein desig-
nated, may appear before said �oard of Trustees and shov� cause, if ar�y
they have, why said improvements should not be carried out in aceordance
with the provisior_s o� this Resolution nf: Ir_tontion.
SECTION 7: The Lynwood Tribune„ a w�ekly newspaper of �eneral
circulation,, published and�circulated in° said �ity of Lynwood. is horeby
designatad as thc� newspaper in which this F;esolution of Intention, and
i�otice of the Passage thereof, shall bo published in the manner and by
the persons roquired by law. , -
� SECTION 8: The 5uperintendent of Streets of said City shall post
notices of said improvement as required.by 1aw. The I3oard of Trustaes
doos not deom it advisable:that the Clerk be required.to mail copies
of the notice of improvement to the owners or reputod owners, and the
said City Clerk shall not bo required to mail an;� copies of said
notiee whatsoever. '
The City Clerk of the said City of.Zyn�arood is heroby directed to
cause this Resolution of Intention to be published by two (2) insertions
in tho manner required by laiv in the I,ynwood Tribuna.
