I10W, THEREFORE said Board of Trustees does hereby award the
� contract for said work of improvement to the lowest regular res-
� ponsible bidder, to-wit: to Hall-Johnson Compar�y, at the priees ,

The City Clerk is hereby directed to post a notice of this
' award,.with speci3ications, conspicuously for five days, on or near
the -0hamber door of the Board of Trustees; also to publish said
notice oY award by two insertions in said weekly newspaper.
The City elerk shall certify to the passage of this Resolution
and thereupon and thereaYter the same shall be in full force and
effect.
