CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of August 16, 2004, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
following Council Members were present:
Present: Berry, Brown, Crane, Ferguson, Harvey, Martin, Viessman, Vogel, and
Weber
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Items were not necessarily discussed in order that they appeared on the agenda.
Appointments
Mayor John Landwehr announced the persons he has asked to be on an ad hoc committee
to help select a lobbyist. He stated if anyone else would like to be on that committee to let him
know.
New Business
Mayor John Landwehr stated that Melody Green, a member of the USS Jefferson City
Submarine Committee, has asked him to announce that the committee needs persons who
would volunteer to help with activities when members of the crew visit the city in October.
No official actions were taken since this was a work session only.
The meeting adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
