PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER OF SURPLUS FUNDS
WHEREAS, N.J.S. 40:4-58 provides for the transfer of surplus fands from one account
to the otber dm'lng the last two months of the calendar year:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Council of the Borough of Carteret
that transfers be made in the Boro%hs 2000 budget appropriations ill accordance with
the following schedule:
